 Site Engineer

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Knowledge and understanding of Architectural plan and structural drawings.
  • To utilize the labour effectively in order to match the project schedule on time.
  • To monitor daily activities, including labor and sub-contractors.
  • Should have knowledge in calculating the quantities as per site conditions.
  • To execute the work in order to achieve quality without any defects.
  • Should have knowledge in setting out level and survey at site.
  • To ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with specification.
  • Should be able to prepare work progress report and labor report.
  • Should be able to resolve technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.

Desirable qualification:

Graduate or post graduate with 1-4 years of experience.

 Site supervisor

Roles and responsibilities:

  • To supervise daily construction activities.
  • Should have knowledge in structural and finishing work
  • To handle laborers as per work schedule and site conditions.
  • Should be able to work day and night as per project schedule.
  • Should be able to organize the materials needed by the laborers on time.
  • To perform other appropriate duties and construction activities as assigned.
  • Should look after the construction materials and usage at site.

Desirable qualification:

Graduate, 1 - 4 years of experience.

 Telesales Executive

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Handling all Inbound & Outbound Calls.
  • Build client relation and brief them about our various projects along with arrangements of site visits.
  • To engage and interact with decision maker at senior level for new & emerging business opportunities.
  • Must have hands on experience of Customer Relation Building.
  • Promoting the Projects.
  • Customer Follow-Up.
  • Making Outbound Calls for generating appointments for business development team.
  • Cold Calling to Potential Customers.
  • Outbound Calling to Prospect Clients and Introducing Projects and the Property Proposition.
  • Excellent Communication Skills and Acumen to Answer Client Queries.

Desirable qualification:

Graduate or post graduate
1-4 years experience in the field of telesales and marketing

 Sales Executive

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Sales of the residential and commercial projects
  • Maintaining the quality of services for company‚Äôs goodwill and getting more bookings with the help of effective market research.
  • Conducting meeting to change prospect into buyer.
  • Handling customer queries for better customer satisfaction. And closing the deals,identifying prospective clients, generating business from the existing clients to achieve business targets.
  • Interacting with the clients and channel partners on a regular basis, providing redress to all their queries,complaints and maintaining good client relation.
  • Meet the targets set by the manager.
  • Generating effective leads.
