Subscription Terms

  • Your subscription begins on the date of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the selected billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • For example, if you purchase a 1-Year subscription on January 10, 2026, it will automatically renew on January 10 each year unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Subscription fees are charged using the payment method associated with your account.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through the platform from which you purchased the subscription.
  • Cancellation stops future renewals but does not affect access to the service for the remainder of the current billing period.
  • Upgrading from one device plan to another may result in a prorated charge or a new billing cycle, depending on the platform's billing policies.
  • Subscription prices may change from time to time. Any changes will be communicated in accordance with applicable app store or platform requirements.
  • COP reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate its Terms of Service or engage in fraudulent activity.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are available only if you cancel within 24 hours of a renewal charge.
  • Refund requests made after the 24-hour period are not eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds, where applicable, are processed through the platform used to purchase the subscription and may be subject to that platform's policies and processing times.
