When exactly do I get paid my commission?
Once the sale agreement is executed, your commission is processed and paid out within 10 days. No waiting for possession. No waiting for the full payment schedule to complete. No chasing our accounts team with follow-up calls. The agreement is signed — your work is done — and within 10 days the commission hits your account.
We know what delayed payments do to a broker’s business and to their trust in a developer. It is the single biggest complaint in this industry. Which is why we made a deliberate decision to pay fast, pay fully, and pay without requiring you to remind us. Every time.
How does the commission structure work exactly?
You earn 2.5% commission on every confirmed booking you bring to TG Developers. If you close 3 or more bookings within a single calendar month, your commission rate upgrades to 3% — applied to all bookings in that month, not just the third one. Commission is calculated on the agreement value of the booking and processed upon execution of the sale agreement. There are no hidden deductions, no arbitrary holdbacks, and no commission disputes. What we commit to in writing is what you receive.
Do I need to be a RERA-registered agent to partner with TG?
RERA registration for real estate agents is mandatory under Karnataka RERA regulations for anyone facilitating property transactions. We work with partners who are compliant. If you are not yet registered, we strongly recommend completing your RERA agent registration before onboarding — it protects you legally and makes the transaction cleaner for your client. Our CP Manager can guide you on the process if needed.
How do I register my client to protect my lead?
Lead protection is something we take seriously. Once you register with us and are onboarded, every client you introduce must be registered in our CRM under your name before or at the time of the site visit. Registration can be done via a call or WhatsApp to your dedicated CP Manager. Once registered, that client is locked to you for 90 days — meaning if they book within that window, the commission is yours regardless of how many times they visit or which of our team members they subsequently speak with. No ambiguity. No commission disputes.
What marketing and sales support does TG provide to channel partners?
From the day you are onboarded, you receive: project brochures in digital and print-ready format, floor plan PDFs for every configuration, a pricing sheet with current offers, walkthrough videos of all active projects, and access to our CP Manager for any client query you cannot answer on the spot. We also hold periodic partner briefings when new projects launch or pricing is updated — so you are never caught off-guard in front of a client. Your credibility with your client is our shared interest.
Can I bring clients for site visits on weekends?
Yes – and we strongly encourage it. Site visits at TG projects are available seven days a week including Sundays, because we understand that your clients work during the week. All we ask is that you coordinate with your CP Manager at least a day in advance so that our site team is prepared and the visit is structured. An unannounced visit is a missed opportunity — a prepared site visit is a conversion. We want every visit you bring to close.
I work with multiple developers. Is that a problem?
Not at all. We do not ask for exclusivity. Most serious channel partners in Bangalore work with several developers simultaneously, and we respect that. What we do ask is that when you introduce TG to a client, you represent our projects accurately and professionally. Our commission structure, support infrastructure, and product quality are designed to make TG your most reliable developer partner — not your only one.
